Step Two: You create an Investor Relations page on your existing website, and place the Quick Deal Overview (QDO) on your site. Interested Investors may follow a link from your QDO to the PPM investor registration page, where they register as accredited investors and represent how they established their pre-existing relationship with your company. You obtain this document for your records and make a decision about authorizing the investor to enter Level One of your PPM portal.

Step Three: You upload certain data and documents into your two pass word protected levels. Investors must seek your authorization to enter Level Two, and must make representations that they have read the material on Level One.

Your intent in using PPM is to give the potential investor enough information to warrant them entering extended private negotiations with you.
